Welcome to TRIM! My name is Tonya and I became a TRIM client in September 2022 after following TRIM on social media for nearly two years. After seeing everyone else’s success and being frustrated with working out all the time and not seeing the results I wanted, I decided to take the step and start my first round. Fast forward nearly one and half years later and I continue
to follow the TRIM lifestyle. As a busy mom with a full-time job outside the home and children with demanding schedules, I can truly say that TRIM is adaptable. The meal planning makes my life easier and I work out much smarter, not harder.
The accountability and support from my TRIM trainer were key to my success and I want to be able to pay that support forward to other women who may find themselves in a similar situation I was in over a year ago. As a mom in my 40’s, I can say that I am stronger, more fit, and more comfortable in my skin than I have ever been.
